WOD:
Single Arm KB/DB Press-4 sets of 6-8 reps each arm
rest 1 minute between sets then do
30-45 second side plank hold each side
then…
Partner WOD-Partners will alternate rounds of:
10 Push Press
10 Toes to bar
until they each complete 8 rounds
