Crossfit Knoxville delivers a training program that is both a strength and conditioning program.

We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and for our elite athletes who are engaging in intense physical sports activities. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. We are all about enhancing what the body was designed to do and move functionally and painlessly at whatever intensity level we train it.

Workout of the Day

Varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The CrossFit Knoxville class focuses on the Workout of the Day (WOD). The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete’s level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.
