Our clients train to become Lean, Strong, Healthy, and fit. We plan a specific Workout of the Day and track results so clients can measure improvement and stay motivated. Quality of life improves through better sleep, increased energy and weight control.
Everyone starts with the 5 week Bootcamp for $199. During this period emphasis will be placed on learning new movements and conditioning your body (ligaments, tendons, joints) for the stresses of intense exercise. This process will be short and sweet for some people and will take longer for others. It all depends on how far you have let yourself go. Just remember, you didn’t get in bad shape overnight and you won’t get in great shape overnight. However, by the time the Bootcamp is over you should see significant changes in bodyfat and overall strength. Weight loss of 20 lbs. or more is not uncommon, as well as significant muscle gains.
2 days/week $100
Folks with busy schedules, kids, sports, etc… Endurance Athletes looking to gain Strength and injury prevention but not wanting to follow Crossfit Endurance full time. Mixed Martial Artists looking to supplement current training.
3 days/week $125
This is where most people need to be. Combined with good nutrition and proper recovery, this should be the sweet spot for those wanting a high level of fitness but still have time for other sports and activities.
Unlimited Classes $150
This is for the Hard Core CrossFitter who plans to compete or the guy/girl who really just wants to see what height their performance levels can reach. Good for Special Forces candidates, Off-Season athletes, Strength and conditioning phase of periodized programs, etc… NOTE: Nutrition and Recovery have to be optimal to stay at this level of training for very long.
