Our clients train to become Lean, Strong, Healthy, and fit. We plan a specific Workout of the Day and track results so clients can measure improvement and stay motivated. Quality of life improves through better sleep, increased energy and weight control.
Everyone starts with the 5 week Bootcamp for $199. During this period emphasis will be placed on learning new movements and conditioning your body (ligaments, tendons, joints) for the stresses of intense exercise. This process will be short and sweet for some people and will take longer for others. It all depends on how far you have let yourself go. Just remember, you didn’t get in bad shape overnight and you won’t get in great shape overnight. However, by the time the Bootcamp is over you should see significant changes in bodyfat and overall strength. Weight loss of 20 lbs. or more is not uncommon, as well as significant muscle gains.
After the bootcamp you move to a monthly membership. By this time you will have settled in to a schedule based on your ability to recover. Most people can still come 5 days per week, some drop to 4 or 3 depending on their goals. The key is consistency. Monthly Memberships are $150/month and we have a discounted rate for Military, Students, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, First Responders, and Family members. That rate is $125/ Month. We also have a Yearly rate of $1500.
