CFK WEEKLY: APRIL 26


This was such a fun event... we can't wait to do it again next year!!! If you are wanting to take part in a relay type event and you don't want to wait until next year, there is another opportunity coming up this June! (see below for more details).


MILE A DAY IN MAY CHALLENGE!!!


Starting May 1st you are able to earn a ticket if you run a mile that day (maximum of one ticket per day). After you finish your mile run, you will need to simply write your name on the back of a ticket and add it to the fishbowl located in the front of the room. At the end of the month we will draw one winner for a $150 Fleet Feet gift certificate :) We can't wait to see how many miles our gym can accumulate in the month of May!!!



let's hike leconte!


Sunday, May 3rd will be our gyms 3rd group hike of Mt. LeConte. The Alum Cave trail is 11 miles roundtrip. The plan is to meet at 7:30 am at the trail head. You should plan for 4+ hour hike

THE THREE SISTERS ULTRA FESTIVAL

Three Sisters Ultra relay is to be held on June 6th at Maryville College. You can learn more about this event here:

The cold bar challenge continues for the men & is now loaded to 445 lbs

This is quite impressive!!! Congrats to the 3 men still standing: Chris, Brad, & Keener! Congrats for all successfully lifting 435! Let's go! :)
