HAPPY EASTER!!! April is here, and CFK is stepping into a month full of purpose, challenge, and community! From honoring and pushing ourselves at the Mountain Man Memorial March on April 11th, to cheering on our athletes during the Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon weekend (April 12th), to coming together for a great cause at Rock the Row on April 18th, there’s something for everyone to be part of month. April is all about showing up, supporting each other, and being part of something bigger. And don’t forget—spring shirt orders close at the end of the day (tomorrow) on Monday, April 6th (link below & in wodify), so grab your gear and get ready to represent CFK all season long!
NUTRITION SUPPORT STARTING APRIL 13TH WITH COACH ERICA & COACH KARRI:
Also kicking off this April is our 4-Week Nutrition Jumpstart. This is a brand-new program designed to meet you where you are and give you a clear, simple plan that actually works. You’ll have a coach guiding you every step of the way, plus a small group alongside you for accountability and support.
