MANION!!! WHAT AN IMPRESSIVE EFFORT!

CONGRATS to all those that completed the Manion WOD! It is quite the accomplishment! The squat work leading up to this workout really prepared us, but it was still a tough one! Remember, showing up to do the work is always the WIN! Congrats for being in the ARENA!

MAY 4TH Mt. LeConte HIKE - THIS SUNDAY!

OR maybe it's a nice day to have PANCAKES?!? :) Karri & the kiddos enjoy hike day too... just in a different way ;) They have started a tradition of enjoying pancakes at the PANCAKE PANTRY while we hike LOL! All are welcome. Just let us know if we should be expecting you for breakfast at 10 am.
