Happy Sunday! Today is our CHRISTMAS PARTY!!! We hope to see you at the Tap House at 2pm... rumor has it that there will be some pretty spectacular "ugly sweaters" ha!

REMINDERS:

• December 21 - Christmas WOD CrossFit CLASSES @ 8am, 9am, & 10:15am (there will be NO WEIGHTLIFTING class)

• Christmas hours:

  • Dec 24th all morning classes, LAST class at noon, no evening classes

  • Dec 25th - MERRY CHRISTMAS (gym closed)

  • Dec 26th - normal schedule (all classes)
