It's here! The Month the Open begins... we still have nearly 4 weeks until the first workout, but it's an exciting time to be a CrossFitter :) Let's have some fun with these 3 workouts! Get registered... you don't want to miss this!!! It's for everyone!

WE START FEB 28TH!!!...
What starts?! The CrossFit Open. It's 3 workouts that we will do during our Friday classes on Feb 28th, March 7th, & March 14th. The workouts are released (the day before) on Thursdays at 3 pm EST and scores are due by Monday at 8pm EST. You will have all weekend and even Monday to get the workout completed if for some reason something comes up on that Friday. It's going to be a whole lot of FUN!!!

FIRST COACH WOD WED - DONE!...
Just a reminder: Wednesdays leading up to the Open are going to be designed by our coaching staff. You won't know who designed it but we will be voting for your favorite after we complete our final one.
COACH WOD # 1:
18 min AMRAP
3 wall walks
6 pull-ups
9 power cleans
12 bar facing burpees
The winning coach's WOD will go on our wall with the other "benchmark" workouts/lifts. EXCITING!!! Will it be Clay, Hannah, Allyse, or Karri's workout that takes the win?!
