HAPPY NEW YEAR, CFK!!! Just pausing to look back and see what a wonderful year we had together! From Coach Clay doing ALL THE BURPEES to Coach Allyse & Coach Hannah winning best personal trainers in Knoxville, to the many in-house events, and community builders outside of the gym walls (hiking, pickleball, and the Hot to Trot 5k/10k to name a few). So excited to begin 2026 with such an amazing community :) We are truly looking forward to what this year brings for you all in terms of health, happiness, and some PR's thrown in there too! We are already off to a great start with the first few days of the year... let's keep this momentum and positivity rolling!!!
