HAPPY NEW YEAR, CFK!!! Just pausing to look back and see what a wonderful year we had together! From Coach Clay doing ALL THE BURPEES to Coach Allyse & Coach Hannah winning best personal trainers in Knoxville, to the many in-house events, and community builders outside of the gym walls (hiking, pickleball, and the Hot to Trot 5k/10k to name a few). So excited to begin 2026 with such an amazing community :) We are truly looking forward to what this year brings for you all in terms of health, happiness, and some PR's thrown in there too! We are already off to a great start with the first few days of the year... let's keep this momentum and positivity rolling!!!

Congrats to Tim for winning this year's FREE Membership! Time hit 247 classes and actually qualified for the 225 Club a month early... WHOOP! So happy for you! Let's make this year a great one...

THE COLD BAR CHALLENGE: the weight is climbing by 10 lbs per week - bars are now loaded with 215lbs (F) & 285lbs (M)
