12-WEEK NUTRITION CHALLENGE:
LAST CALL! We begin tomorrow!!! This will be a great 12 weeks of learning how to fuel your body best for your goals. We would love to have you join us! Nervous about what to expect OR if it will work for you?! This will work with the pickiest of eaters and just might be the last "diet" you ever go on… our goal is to get you to a sustainable approach to nutrition that works for you LONG TERM!!! No meal plans required... No measuring/weighing food... No real restriction. What you can expect is both a video for the weekly focus/educating AND one-on-one check-ins. We will be using our macrostax app for personalized nutrition help, a private fb group for the videos & other tips/support, and personal text. We promise not to overdo it with the communication but we will be thorough :) We are truly excited to help people our gym fam in this new way in 2025!
