Welcome to July, crew! We hope you all had a great holiday weekend and are ready to get back to your health/fitness goals. We’re kicking off the month with a bang! HA! & no, it’s not just the leftover fireworks from the weekend celebrations, it’s the final Member-WOD Monday!!! As we roll into this new week and new month, let’s channel that superhero energy like Coach Clay!!!
July Goal: Commit to showing up strong, supporting each other, and staying consistent.
Thanks to all that showed up for our annual PARTNER 4th of July WOD! This year we took on "RANKEL" - which proved to be another fantastic workout for our CFK fit fam!!! We loved all the festive workout gear! Lots of RED, WHITE, & BLUE seen throughout the gym & we had fun working out alongside Uncle Sam too (aka Dustin Day)!!!
Also, we are so glad the Johnny Pops were such a hit! Thanks to Hailey Decker for introducing us to them :) Some asked where to get them - you can get the "freeze pop" version at Costco and Target (the regular popsicles are carried at most grocery stores).
SNEAK PEEK AT THE WEEK AHEAD:
It's our 6th and final MONDAY MEMBER-WOD! We are so thankful for all those that took part by submitting and crushing the workouts over the last 5 weeks! This is something we most definitely plan on doing again in the future!!
