As we roll into the week of June 22nd, summer is officially here!!! This is the perfect opportunity to reset your goals (or at least revisit them), reignite your motivation by setting some new goals, and keep pushing forward. Whether you're crushing PRs, just getting started, or somewhere in between, we’ve got fresh workouts, we've got you! & by we, we mean the most amazing community ever! So let's refocus on the 2nd half of the year and let’s start by making this week count, together!
MEMBER WOD MONDAY: EMILY!!!
Last week's WOD was designed by Emily & it was a doozy! Another challenging workout that tested our grit and brought our community together post wod. There is clearly something to be said about going through hard things together... all the smiles, high fives, and quality time post-workout is so fun to experience! Having said that, let's get ready for our next one: THE WELCH!!! Brian is our 4th member-created workout. His workout was one of the top 6 of over 40 workouts submitted. Congrats, Brian! We hope you all love it as much as you have loved the first 3 workouts!
