We are about to roll into April and all the beautiful weather that makes us all so happy. However, with April also comes the time for one of our members to "fly" back home. (I had to... he does such a good "superman" stretch!!!) We will miss you, Ankit. Safe travels!

Coach Erica went to the USA Masters National Championships this weekend and ending up taking home a bronze in the snatch and 4th in the total! We are so happy for you!
