CFK WEEKLY: MAY 3RD

They say that May is for moms. We are one week out of Mother's Day and with 14 babies arriving in 2025 and several more in 2026... we have a lot of mamas to celebrate! From the first time mamas to the empty nesters... we see you all! The ones juggling schedules, running on caffeine, showing up tired… and showing up anyway. This May the 4th, we’re celebrating a different kind of "FORCE"... the one that lives inside the women of our community. The moms in this coverphoto represent so many that aren’t just raising kids, they’re raising the standard for what it looks like to take care of themselves, too. And the best part? They’re not doing it alone!!!

MILE A DAY IN MAY is underway!!!

We officially began on Friday and you are now able to earn a ticket if you run a mile in one day (maximum of one ticket per day). After you finish your mile run, you will need to simply write your name on the back of a ticket and add it to the fishbowl located in the front of the room. At the end of the month we will draw one winner for a $150 Fleet Feet gift certificate :) We can't wait to see how many miles our gym can accumulate in the month of May!!!
