May the 4th be with you :) Whether you are a young Padawan learning the ways of the squat rack or a full-blown Jedi Master of deadlifts, remember: strength is strong with you! Grab your lightsabers (or just your water bottles) and let's crush this week!

IT'S MURPH MONTH!!!
We can't wait for the 26th & spend the morning of Memorial Day with so many of you! It truly is one of our favorite days of the year at the gym and one of the best workouts! As it is written it is a workout that you wear a vest and chip through as best you can... but as with every CrossFit Knoxville workout - we have scaling options that will fit your needs/goals :) So, come have fun with us as we give a version of this workout a go:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run

MEMBER WOD MONDAY - SAY WHAT?!?!
We are going to start each week of the month of June with a member-created workout!

That's right! We are going to select 5 workouts created by members to start each week of June. The coaches will vote on their 5 favorites and they will be randomly shared each Monday. (June 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th) Submit your workout here:
