Row 2k per day and earn your ticket into the drawing at the end of the month. You can row before and after class. Also know that if you accumulate 2k during class, that counts too!
Atlantic Rehabilitation center (arc) grand opening november 15th!!!
We would like to invite you all to the grand opening event to be held on Nov 15th from
6-8pm. The Friday 6:30pm class will be cancelled that evening. Please come meet & greet, enjoy some refreshments, and celebrate the opening of the the Knoxville home of ARC! Feel free to RSVP to Joe this week.
