CFK WEEKLY: NOV 16TH

This week, here at CFK, we honored veterans and completed CHAD1000X. Each year during the week of Veterans Day we challenge you all to complete 1000 step-ups. The RX version of the workout includes the added weight of 35 lbs for women and 45 lbs for men. It is always such an impressive workout to witness... RX, scaled, partners, teams... all so inspiring!! Watching you all push yourselves to your limits makes us so proud... it truly is one of the best workouts to work a little harder and complain a little less. Congrats to all that completed CHAD!!! FRIENDS-GIVING this saturday!!! :)

More than members... FRIENDS!!! This Saturday 11/22 is our first ever "FRIENDS-giving WOD" :)


It's a partner WOD with snacks, coffee, and smoothies provided by Smoothie King : ) Thanks Jess!!! Sign-ups are open (just go into wodify and select the class on Saturday (11/22) that you plan to attend). Keep in mind, smoothies will be provided after the 10:15!!!


Oh, and feel free to bring a snack or treat to share!

TEAM CROSSFIT KNOXVILLE - HOT TO TROT

We are starting a new tradition this year and running a 5 or 10k together on Thanksgiving morning. We hope you will join us if you can :)
