THE COLD BAR CHALLENGE:

Maybe you have notice the 2 bars with plates on the floor... maybe you haven't. We have started what is known as "The Cold Bar Challenge" - an effort supporting longtime CrossFit athlete Rob Orlando. Each week the weight will increase by 10 lbs until we have a winner. How it will work:

Each Sunday the bar will be loaded with that week's weight. Once you complete the deadlift, you will add your name to the "leader board" (aka dry erase board). This week, the bars are loaded with 155lbs (F) & 225lbs (M).

Dan Bailey's YouTube video explaining the challenge and why.

SNEAK PEEK AT THE WEEK AHEAD:

HAPPY THANKSGIVING WEEK... we hope to see you for a few of these fun workouts, but if not, we wish you a happy and safe holiday!
