November is here = a fresh month and a fresh chance to get stronger, faster, and more focused! As the days get shorter and the holidays draw closer, it’s easy to lose momentum. But this is where consistency counts the most. Let’s kick off the first week of November with purpose, discipline, and a reminder that progress doesn’t pause for the season... you can still make your health a priority during the holidays & we are here to help!

IT'S OFFICIALLY ROV-VEMBER!!!

It’s ROW-vember at the gym! Each day this month, you can row 2,000 meters to earn one ticket into our drawing for a FREE one-month membership! The more days you row, the more chances you have to win AND the stronger you’ll feel heading into the holidays ;) Log your meters daily, stay consistent, and let’s make November the month we row together and crush some goals!
