Old Shoes...
Please check the shelves for any old weightlifting shoes belonging to you. We have emptied the downstairs space and plan to discard any unclaimed shoes by the end of this week. Thank you!
October 7th - let the competition begin!
Our October competition has a few parts. We will officially begin the first phase on Monday the 7th. Look for the sign up sheet in announcements in Wodify this week. We will conclude the "competition month" on the morning of Saturday, October 26th with an in house competition (costumes are not required but strongly encouraged LOL!).
