We are excited to share that the lower level the gym will be the new home to Joe & Karol Caroccio's newest physical therapy location. Joe has been a licensed and practicing Physical Therapist for over 20 years. While owning and operating three locations in Florida, Joe has helped everyone from the elderly rehabbing post hip replacements, to getting professional athletes back on the field.
Having Joe's wealth of knowledge and experience will be an incredible added resource to our community. We look forward to collaborating with ARC and keeping you all fit, healthy and pain free!
September = last month of Kidfit program:
Due to the space being utilized by the new PT clinic, we are pausing (until further notice) the KidFit program. We are looking at the gym schedule for possible options for the future and/or options for the class to be held behind the gym in an outdoor setting.

COMING SOON! We have it on the calendar for an October 22nd start date! Calling all mamas! Yes, all of them! This is for the soon to be moms, moms of littles, and even moms with them all in school or out of the house. All seasons of motherhood are welcome! We are launching MomFit Knoxville this Fall! It will be on Tues/Thurs mornings from 9:45-10:45 with nutrition support included! Classes will consist of a warmup, skill, workout, core, stretch, & cool down in a kid friendly environment.
