CFK WEEKLY: DEC 28TH

As we head into the final week of the year, it’s hard not to smile thinking about everything 2025 brought to CFK. From big lifts and loud Max Out Fridays, to the spooky fun at the Witches WOD, holiday miles at the Thanksgiving Hot to Trot, and celebrating together at both our Christmas Party and Christmas WOD... this year was packed with memories, milestones, and moments that reminded us why this community is so special!!!


Now we turn the page with excitement... 2026 is right around the corner, and so is the CrossFit Open. New goals, new challenges, and another year of showing up together. Let’s finish the year strong and start to get ready for what’s next!

THURSDAY - class at 9:30 - HAPPY NEW YEAR!

THE COLD BAR CHALLENGE: the weight is climbing by 10 lbs per week - bars are now loaded with 205lbs (F) & 275lbs (M)
