NEW WAIVERS - LOOK FOR AN EMAIL TODAY!
We apologize for any inconvenience... we have changed the business entity for CrossFit Knoxville. These means we will need all new waivers signed by all members. The email will be sent out today (Sunday, Feb 1st). Please sign this as soon as possible so that there are no delays with signing into class.

CROSSFIT KNOXVILLE GOES TO THE ICE BEARS GAME ON MARCH 21ST!!!
Friends and family are welcome to join us on March 31st at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum for a fun night out together :) If you plan on attending, please add your name to the list and the number in your party. Tickets are $18 each and the total count will be paid in advance (2 weeks) to secure our group rate. The deadline to register is March 6th.
