CFK WEEKLY: MAY 11TH

The week kicked off with more than just barbells and burpees - we took our energy to the mountains & had an unforgettable time hiking Mt. LeConte! A little chilly at the top but definitely a great day with friends of CFK! Oh, and the pancakes with friends were wonderful too!!! :)

MEMBER WOD MONDAY in june:
We are turning up the fun each Monday in June when we highlight a workout designed by one of our very own members. So, that's 5 workouts - each Monday in June will be a workout programmed by one of you!!! EEK! We know you can expect some creativity, grit, and maybe a few spicy WODs as your fellow athletes take the reins. We can't wait to see what you come up with over the next few weeks. Have your workout submitted by Memorial Day to allow time for coaches to vote for their favorites. Reminder: David is the only one that will see the workouts with names attached. He will make them anonymous before the coaches vote :)

MILE PER DAY IN MAY:
Have you been getting in your miles? How about the bonus work? Every day in the month of May you can earn 1 ticket for completing a mile run (total of 1600 meters). If there is a "bonus Murph challenge" that day, you can earn another ticket. Simply write your name on the back of a ticket and place it in the fish bowl for your chance to win.
On Memorial Day we will announce the winner of: 1 MONTH OF FREE MEMBERSHIP!!!
