OPTIMIZE U

Were you able to get on the list for the FREE Bloodwork & Consult Giveaway? There is a new list forming - ask a coach to add your name, number, and email to it. Honestly, if you are interested in having your labs drawn and meeting to discuss your results, then this is for you. They take their time, explain your personal results in detail, and address any concerns with possible solutions. Karri went through the process before offering it to our community. She was very much impressed with the education and care... overall a fantastic experience! Her blood work came back great with only 1 concern - her calcium was on the normal/low side (which checks because she avoids dairy - it does not agree with her LOL!) She conveniently had started taking SFH's K2/D/Calcium supplement in between the blood draw and consult. Trevor Huckaby, NP was very pleased with that solution and explained if anything changes to come back. He explained things to be looking for and how they view "NORMAL IS NOT OPTIMAL" :)
