why macrostax?!?!
Last week we chatted about SFH and why we felt it was a good fit for our gym. This week we want to take a moment to explain why we partnered with Macrostax and offer it as a free tool for all of our members.
Our favorite feature of the app is the "planner" because it allows us to see what you are selecting to fuel your body. This view allows us to suggest simple swaps to improve your overall health. What you are consuming chronically is going to have the biggest impact on your health. If we can swap just one thing you are having regularly for something slightly healthier, we instantly improve your nutrition and health. Do that enough times and that's where the magic happens... it's a beautiful thing!
Other things we love about the app: recipes, tracking, chat (with Karri) feature, and the NEW portion my food option!!!
If you have been wondering about macros and if they might be a good fit for you, don't hesitate to reach out! Or maybe you tried it and it didn't stick, that's ok! As long as you are a member, you have access! If you can't access the app, just message us and we will get you invite sent via email ASAP!
